I'm running the hard copy of the same on PS3, and just had the game skip the entire choosing between Cartman and Kyle after recruiting the goth kids. Before turning it in at either kid, I chose to do some side quests for Mr. Makey, Jimmy, and some of the side stuff down in the sewers for Hankey and Ned. After attempting to fight Al Gore a few times and failing miserably I decided to go back to the main quest and level up some more, possibly buy some new gear, and thats when it happened. I tried to turn in the goth kid quest at Kyle's camp, and upon entering his backyard I got a cutscene with all the kids together talking about craig and his evil tower and at the end of it I got a quest to recruit the girls. I still have the goth kid quest to turn in, except now Kyle tells me to call them at the top of his treehouse, except when I reach the top nothing happens. No cut-scene, no button prompts, NADA! So I tried going over to Cartman's camp to try and turn it in there, and no Cartman. The only NPC there is the one diabetic kid, thats it! And on top of that, I'm also now unable to turn in the "destroy the banners" quest. So because of some minor farting around outside of the main story, I'm stuck with 2 quests in my log, and a chunk of gameplay taken away from me, and the only thing I can think of now is to restart.
