I finally got past it after skipping the cutscene 30 different times. Thanks for your help.

I can't progress past this point. I can't finish a game I have bought because of a game breaking bug. The recent patch did nothing. Should I restart the entire game?

I have tried time and time again. Restarting the game multiple times. Loading earlier saves and retreading my steps. I cannot get past this point. The prompts just do not show up.

Thanks for the compliment lol, but I think they would look a bit better without goth clothes. Has anyone else had this bug though?

I'm trying to do the dance mini-game for the Goth Kids... but the DDR prompts aren't showing up at all. Pressing the arrow keys does nothing, so I can't even do it blind. All my character does it tap his foot, I left it running for 10 minutes and nothing changed. I can't even fail the mini-game.
