Okay, I accidentally figured out that you can switch between magic when holding "G" and hitting the "E" key.

I'm stuck. I had problems earlier in the game with switching over to the Dragon Shout to get past rats, and now I can't switch over to the Sneaky Squeaker to get past the guards at the new Taco Bell. My Mana is full. I select the magic type under the Magic tab but nothing in-game changes. Is it broke or am I missing something?
