I have a similar issue except with just the regular PC version preordered from EBGames. No super samurai spaceman pack code and even my Ultimate Fellowship pack doesn't seem to be working as I can't get the content in the game, even though when I enter the code it says "Product Already Owned".

I'm disappointed to find this out and hope Ubisoft can correct this for those of us that are affected by it. While not a get-my-pitchfork-and-join-the-mob issue, I do find that false/screwed up advertising does leave a bad impression of the company and will make me seriously reconsider and future purchases from them.

I preordered the PC version from EBGames. When I enter my code for the Ultimate Fellowship pack, it says "Product Already Owned" and that my steam account already owns the product this code is associated with. I've gone through the tutorials a couple of times but none of the preorder bonuses show up in the toy chest when I go back to it. I was supposed to get the super samurai spaceman pack as well but read somewhere that that was a "marketing mistake" or some such BS with the PC version. Hopefully this can get fixed soon.
