She doesn't get back up, but the cargo hold doors do open and i can move about the ship and interact with my mother crew members

I have reached the prestige class of Sith Lord. When I duel against the Handmadien, I actually kill her instead of just winning. Is this a bug in the game or is just because i'm a such an evil SOB

I have beaten KOTOR II as a Dark Jedi Sentinel, I didn't become evil enough until late in the game so I missed out on the prestige class. Anyway I just wanted to know if anyone else has beaten the game without a prestige class and if the endings differ between with a prestige class and without. (I haven't beaten it yet with a prestige class.)
