Solutions

  1. Yosharian's post in Reckless Assault cannot be removed was marked as the answer   
    OK GUYS I figured out a fix.  Turn off Reckless Assault.  Save the game.  Reload the game.  Reckless Assault is back to normal.  WOOP WOOP
