Chandlerya

I had only cleared the first 3 levels of the endless paths. Now when I return to my stronghold, the door is locked (it says I need a key) and the throne/statue thing doesn't talk to me. Is this suppose to happen and it will reopen later, or is ti a bug. Since I never used the trap door it is also locked. Anyone else experience this issue? Thanks
