I think they are implementing the fact that you can change how people are. Personally, i think being a Dark Sider does mean you are ravaged by the Dark Side, Malak looked stupid, Palpatine was once he really embraced it and Vadar does look weird when he takes his helmet off.

KOTOR2 should have as good a story as KOTOR 1, but i'll admit that is extremely difficult and i am not sure they will manage it. There are a few other things that could be sorted, that i think Obsidian are doing (Second weapon slots, hooray!!!).

Have you played Knights of the old republic? Not only was the story amazing, but the rest of the game was absolutely fantastic. There were a few issues with it, but it was still a fantastic game, and does actually have excellent replayability. And UT2004 single player has FAR worse replayability than KOTOR. Only multiplayer has any replayability for that game. And it is an excellent game, but they are totally different. Vehicular Manslaughter!

It would be cool to be able to play as a non-Jedi during an entire game, but this is knights of the old republic, as someone has already said. And Jedi get lightsabres, so i'd prefer to play as one
