I must admit, when playing on my mac I don't pay much attention to drivers. But I had a software update pending which is installed now, I think it was released fairly recent but let's see, perhaps it fixes the problem. Thanks for the input.

This has probably been reported before, but I just wanted to chime in. The game crash apparently at random when loading an area or quick saving. I suspect that the crash when loading is due to autosave. Log attached. poe-log.txt

I can confirm that the game is patched and works including save games.

I replaced the game with the one downloaded earlier (GOG version), added the patches without problems (although they seemed stuck for a while). Save games is located at ~/Library/Application Support/Pillars of Eternity/Saved Games Currently at work so can't check the version or confirm save games work, will do later.
