    Crashes to desktop immediately after character cretion

    I had the same issue, crash directly after character creation screen. I looked at the ouput_log.txt in the crash log, and the first suspicious line in there was [steamworks.NET] SteamAPI_Init() failed. Refer to Valve's documentation or the comment above this line for more information. After updating Steam, the issue was solved.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
