I really don't know if there's some condition or randomization as to when they show up but I've gotten three parts that way. I don't know how many parts are needed, though. Every time I found one to buy, it was always a duplicate of one I took off the corpse of an HK-50. Jay

Ewwww... you use automatic level up? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't because I'm a control freak, but I agree that auto-level doesn't really work all that spectacularly--it tends to pick stuff that you haven't invested in at all, for instance. I almost always give a character a few points of Stealth. Usually you find some good stealth upgrade items and then they're at least *decent* at it, if not great. I did the Ubese dudes last night and had a bit of trouble at first trying to go toe to toe with them. Mira just isn't capable of that. But with mines, rockets (you can build a lot more at a Workbench and doubtless have items that are fairly worthless otherwise to break down), and grenades (Mira has a HUGE grenade range), you can do bad things to the Ubese. When I did it, she wiped out all of them before I found the release to open the door. Jay

I got all my parts fighting HK-50s. I too noticed the general "more than one way to get the part" which is IMO a really good idea on the designers' parts because it's easy to miss picking something up and then never being able to return to a location. Jay
