    Never mind guys. After going through the forums, I found someone else with a similar issue. There was another user with a solution that got me out through the Undercroft using a boat. Thanks !

    Stuck in Delver's Row and can't continue

    So I never went to Delver's Row through the normal means. I decided to explore the old city ruins and ended up missing the lift back up and went to Delver's Row directly from there. I got the medicine in there for the Harsh Medicine quest and when I try to leave I get the option to retrace my steps to the exit, but I get put back into Devler's Row. I can't leave through the old city since the lift is gone. I'm stuck and can't move forward. I can't attach my save file here either since it's over the max size of 507kB. It's 2006KB. I would appreciate any help. I don't want to reload a very old save. output_log.txt
