Sounds perfect for my character. Where is the falcon helm sold?

I've definitely noticed that the aggro list has been borked as of late. Enemies that are engaged with my melee party members will just break off randomly and begin to attack the squishies, even if the squishies have basically just sat there doing nothing, and the melee was pounding on them. On numerous occasion, the fight will begin with my tank entering combat... he'll run up to engage with the enemy group... and then several enemies will run past the tank and begin attacking the mage who I placed no where near the fight.

i have shod-in-faith (boots):spell holding: consecrated ground ... still not working after i equip and rest. i'm assuming this equipment ability is supposed to give the wearer the ability to use that spell (on rest?)
