  1. My pc hasn't shut down yet, but several times now, for no apparent reason, my fans, both cpu and gpu have gone into overdrive. System definitely thinks it is overheating. I have an open case design, plenty of airflow and have never had an overheating problem playing any game. System hardly breaks a sweat usually, so I'm not sure what is triggering the problem. When the fans go into overdrive, performance goes down the tubes as well. Serious lag. Usually last less than a minute or until I transition...and then everything is back to normal. It isn't combat or number of enemies triggered. I've been checking my journal in the middle of nowhere on a completely enemy free map, and the fans will trigger. So I'm not sure what is going on yet.
  2. Thanks Obsidian. Long time fan, and have stayed away from the development of POE in order to have a fresh new experience. Portal works great, obtained steam key, downloading now. Looking forward to the physical box. I've glanced at the forum and the assorted complaints/whine and am puzzled. For me this is how a kickstarter should work. Hope you guys keep making isometric CRPGs for years to come, keep those fantastic lines of communication open. I tip my 10 gallon hat of holding....
