Separate from gameplay concerns about ranged weapons being less than useful, the current tiny fog of war radius, even on outdoor maps, makes everything seem gloomy and oppressive. I can understand that being the point for dungeons, but it makes it really hard to appreciate the nice environments when everything except a little circle at the center of my screen is dark.
