I've received my box yesterday, as well. Perhaps I should have contacted the support sooner. I was not surprised that a lot of what was in the box was air. I expect the game itself to be in a box the same size as they were in the "old days", which would fit the empty space just fine.

Still haven't received my CE yet, even though the eMail stated 15th-17th. I have now created a ticket at Paradox, hopefully they can tell me where the package is at the moment. I can't track it myself, sadly. Let's see how this goes, I'll post any findings that could help others.

Same here. I was hoping to get it last Friday, as the eMail I got suggested, but it did not arrive. Let's see what this week brings. If it does not arrive today or tomorrow, I'll contact support. Shame there's no tracking with royal mail. ^^

Looks like European shipments are a go. I've received my shipping confirmation (CE, OST, Pad, Shirt, ...) 30 minutes ago. ETA 1 week.

European backer here. A friend contacted me a week ago saying that he read European deliveries could be delayed for several weeks after release. I reached out to the backer support and received confirmation of that, saying it comes down to a lot of items for a lot of locations around the world. We'll just have to wait for our shipping confirmation eMail, I guess. Not what I had hoped, but we already have the (digital version of the) game, so I'm okay with this.

I'm going with option #1. I know that this will mean more shipping costs, and I'm sorry, but as a European backer, the waiting time could be several weeks. That's a lot of time waiting for something others would already be able to experience. Getting the CE right on time, even without the disc, seems like the better deal to me.
