I received my regular edition box this week. Sadly it looked like someone had stepped on it. Anyone know who to contact to get it sorted out?

I'm making it past the intro movies and into the game itself. After about 5-10 minutes the game crashes on me. Pretty much at random.

$65 retail tier and $20 expansion. Though, looking over it , I do feel a bit taken advantage of when the Boxed Copy on the manage pledges section was only $50 and seemed to have the same content as my physical version (save the pet and the achievement.). I would have gone for the physical collector's edition, but it was a bit too much for my blood at the time.
