    I've noticed that in several fights i've not been gaining combat XP. This seems to be related to quick-loading before a fight. When transitioning into a new area I gain combat XP again until I quickload the game.

    Same for Steam. Having watched sensukis video (where he mentions the yet-to-come Day1 patch), the values for some cipher talents (lvl 1 blind e.g.) are identical.
