This problem fixed itself after quicksave/quickload.

I've just bought unique Scâth Gwannek shield from Azzuro, that has Basing 1 quality. I assume, that it must act similar to Bashing 2 from Larger Door (maybe for less damage), but as of now it neither displays additional attack in char sheet (see screen shot), nor actually adds this attack (can be seen in attack log).
