Also just hit this bug. I killed the flesh creatures, and in between fights camped in the prison area due to taking hard damage. Azo is still alive and there seems to be no further dialogue options after the fight. It just seems as he has given me the key to the northern gate. When I go to the upper floor, the whole Sanatorium is hostile towards me.
