    Those are the installers for:
     
    Pillars of Eternity  v3.01.977
    The White March Part I  v2.00.0706
    The White March Part II  v3.00.967
     
    You need to download the new v3.01 installers for White March parts 1 and 2.
     
     
    PS: This is what the three installers for v3.01 are called:
    gog_pillars_of_eternity_2.11.0.15.sh gog_pillars_of_eternity_white_march_part_1_dlc_2.5.0.7.sh gog_pillars_of_eternity_white_march_part_2_dlc_2.1.0.2.sh And yes, it is super annoying that GOG uses their own versioning scheme rather than including the official versions in the installer filenames. I've already complained to their customer support about it.
