    Hey Aurelio, thanks a lot for your answer! I updated the driver, didn't change anything. And yeah I should have mentioned it from the start, but verifying the cache was the first thing I did and everything seemed to be fine with the files.
    Buuut, it's fine now! In the end I deinstalled and reinstalled the game and I've got no more problems. My internet is pretty slow so I was trying to avoid that (downloading the game again took foreeever) but it solved the problem, so hurray, back to PoE!
