Possible Bug in Sanitarium
Firage replied to teh_elgee's question in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
The NPC's are still hostile after deleting .fog and .lvl. All it seems to do is reset the containers. I sneaked out, only killing the one guard blocking the way out. Guess I won't be going back in for another quest.
