  1. Oops, I got distracted. I'd like to be the Courier of the Obsidian Order.
  2. I've decided to join the order myself. Reading this forum has given me something to do while I wait for Baldur's Gate to install (well more specifically, the various fixes & stuff to make BG1 playable through BG2 as one big game - some parts of this installation take a fair while I've since noticed!). I've had these games for a little while but I never got around to playing them and a recent post I read on gog.com recommended playing them like this so I'm going to do that. I feel like I should play these games as from what I can gather Project Eternity will be very much like them. It may seem strange that I've backed a project without having experienced the type of game that they are trying to make and I have to admit it's a bit of a leap of faith, as the main reason I'm even here is Fallout. I love those games, and it's the fact that some of the people that helped make Fallout 1 & 2 are involved with this that made up my mind. Now I plan to try out games that will be similar to PE, starting with Baldur's Gate. I've also got Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura on my to play list (not an Inifinity Engine game, I know but I think it's in the same style), and I'm considering getting Icewind Dale, but I'm holding off until I have a better feel for this kind of game. Wow, I didn't mean to keep going on like this...
