    I'm positive this will be a new IP. I don't see Obsidian engaging in this much teasing for a licensed game.

    Registered just now so that I can participate in the speculation! So here's my guess. Project X, or whatever it will end up becoming, will be a highly deconstructive fantasy RPG taking place in an original setting.
