I wouldn't say it's worse, it's quite the same but not really on par with todays games (and it's damn slow).

This one (http://www.gamespy.com/articles/588/588057p1.html?fromint=1) is interesting, too. I don't agree with all the statements, but at least the writer didn't have the opinion ready (KICKZ AZZ!) before writing the review.
