Not sliding doors.

I seem to be unable to really finish the game with the current character set-up I have. I've specialized in Stealth, Pistols, Martial Arts, and Toughness. The problem is I'm at a point where bypassing keypads is coming up with like ten nodes and there's no way to finish them all in time without tripping the alarm, sort of ruins the whole "stealth" thing, but doors are still next to impossible to get through just because I cant complete the circuts. I have EMP's with me but I dont get the option to use them. At this point, I cant seem to really finish the game. Any ideas?
