So, normally, when you view holologs, or get a comlink transmission from someone, the background is in black and white, and there are a lot of lines of static and distortion to indicate that this is a log or a transmission. (This is a visual version of the "radio voice" trope.) The iconic example of this in KotOR is at the beginning of KotOR 1, when Carth contacts you on your portable communicator to order you to the bridge.
And yet, reading the apocalyptic logs of Peragus, I find that, although the NPC speaking is in monochrome, the background behind him/her is in color. It's a bit jarring. I've cranked up all the graphics settings, but it's still like that. Is this a problem with my system, or with the game? If the former, is there a way to fix it?
