  1. why is content locked after three when i bought the complete package rise of the runelords

    I thought at least i would have the complete rise of the runelords, and not these other two scenarios, which i am sure will do the same thing. Give me half the adventures and want me to pay to download more stuff. Been a while since i have had to deal with such piratical practices, but i could be wrong. If anyone who knows more about this stuff than a newbie to dlc and such. thanks.
