  1. I don't know if this has been suggested or not yet but I think it would be really cool if there were a way to upgrade the tier of weapons and armor. The tier system is great for progression but almost every weapon and armor has a unique ability. I find that often time there is a weapon or armor set I like the ability of but I have to stop using it because it's tier is too low so it doesn't do enough damage or provide enough defense to deal with the stronger enemies. But if there were a way to increase the tier of the weapon/armor (similar to how we can increase the tier of the buggies) then all of a sudden any weapon or armor becomes viable again. For example One of my favorite weapons in the game is the tiger mosquito rapier which is a tier 3 weapon. At the current point of the game this weapon is great but as we get closer to 1.0 and more tier 4 and tier 5 creatures appear on the map it won't do enough damage compared to the tier 4 or tier 5 weapons so I'll have to stop using and use a weapon with better damage but if there was a way to upgrade it's tier then I could keep using it all I want. Heck this could even be a New Game+ Feature. I just thing There are so many cool armor sets and weapons in the game but most get left behind as you progress. A mechanic like this would allow them to stay viable if you want as well as add a lot more variety to end game builds.
