  1. Picking up lots of individual items from the ground in certain circumstances can be very fiddly and irritating, especially when they bounce and roll around a lot. I'd propose the following: Ideally, dismantling buildings should add the materials directly to the player's inventory if there is space, maybe including planks and stems. Failing that, or if there is not space, remaining items should always drop in a single "bag" (as happens for buildings with lots of materials, but not others). The above could also apply when breaking things like candy, berries, clay, pebbles, etc, though I concede this might detract from the "gathering" vibe and probably shouldn't apply to things like grass seeds or spiky burs. Alternatively, adding an option when looking at an item on the ground to hold the pickup button, which would also pick up all other loose items in a small radius (or even just all items of the same type), could be a great help. I've added the accessibility tag to this as it arguably applies in scenarios where repetitive fiddly mouse/controller joystick and button press coordination are involved, and especially in less than full quality graphics settings.
