  1. the giant desert centipede will be the main boss of the desert biome, it will function as a multi stage boss with each phase adding new status effects, stun focused in phase 1, venom buildup in phase 2, and heavy bleed damage in phase 3. the centipede will use a mix of melee fang attacks and ranged whip attacks similar to the earwigs, as well as burrowing attacks. the bone whip will function as a mid-long ranged weapon (tier 4-5) that deals more damage the further away the enemy is, as well as adding venom build up on each hit/crit hit. the sleek effect will add bleed and stun build up on every critical hit. it will be crafted with boss materials like the centipede verteberae, fang and chitin plates. the armour will be medium armour and its effects will be used to improve the power of negative status effects. each armour piece will increase the duration of DOT effects and negative status effects by 10%. the set bonus will decrease enemy attack speed and damage by 30% if they have 3 negative status effects and an additional 5% for each one after 3. if this interests you then i will add concept art of the centipede, bone whip, and armour with names.
