hello, hope this message reaches you well. me and my friend have been have been playing grounded for about a month i would say on ps5 but in the past day we’ve run into some technical problems. whenever we go on to play my friend loads into our world then invites me and i join. the past day or two sometimes i can join and stay for about 5 minutes before i get a warning saying i disconnect from the world and then sometimes when i join i get the “joining game..” on my screen for about 2-3 minutes then it just says failed to connect. i looked up some easy fixes and tried everything such as testing my internet connection, exiting the game and trying again, restarting my ps5, deleting and re installing the game but none of that worked. we tried another fix we saw on google that said to get my friend to make a new world and i join to see if i get disconnected or not, i didn’t get disconnected from the brand new world so we figured it was a problem with our original world. google also suggested loading into an older save of our world to see if there was a bug that maybe go introduce and it might not be on an older save so that’s what we did we were loading into an older save of our world and for some reason it booted us both back to the starting cut scene and not where that save should of been. the older same we wanted to test was marked as played for 60 in game days. the last thing we did on the world before it started crashing for me was get pet red ants and we were on our way to the black ant hill. we would love some information on why this is and or how to fix it at your nearest convenience. kind regards Eve
