    Kaur quest bugged - stuck on Paradise Island

    Same happened to me, but I believe it might have to do with choosing the minister or kuar. I chose the minister first and turned his mission in then went to talk to kuar. I think the game thinks we're helping the other at the same time. There's a floating icon, a red circle with a line through it next to her name, so I think thats what it might be.
