I registered because I wanted to reply real quick. From the back porch of the lady scientist collecting comic books, I noticed someone fighting drones in the area first screenshotted by Kyana. I assumed it was a random patrol, but now I think it was Inez. Later, when I went to that area, there are container/corpse indications on the minimap... but no bodies to loot.
I think Inez is getting trapped in the map or fell through the floor on her way to the town hall. For a number of people, I don't think we can fix this quest, and in absolutely classic Obsidian fashion, I think we're waiting on a patch. I'm going to put the game down until then. I played my first Outer Worlds run without Parvaati, and that's just not a game worth playing in comparison to having her with.
