Update 2: Didn't fix it. Triggered the final quest but can't hand the Archive in to my faction, so will have to do last quest alone

Update: When I reladed into the ship the second time the story progressed again

I have tried redoing the last part of the quest a few times. Same thing happens. Sometimes the quest marker stays. The black screen appears when moving through the big double door and is only momentarily. Almost as if something was to trigger?

After calibrating the computer and analyzing the rift data nothing happens. The quest still asks me to secure the archive for my faction, and when leaving the computer room the screen turns black for a swift second and then the quest marker disappears. If I go back to the computer and talk to it (it responds that we are done) the quest marker is back again, and then it repeats with the black screen for a moment and the quest marker disappearing. Can't hand in the quest, and nothing happens.
