Update: I was able to recreate the glitch kind of, if you go into a lab or into a place where your buggy can't follow you, it then deletes your buggy until you call it back. If you then go into the statue area pipe entrance about halfway between the intersection to go into the lab and the pipe entrance, back up against a wall and face forward and then use the "T" menu to call your buggy, it will appear out of bounds on top of the pipe. While this gets the buggy out of bounds I still haven't found a place to where you can get on the buggy while it is out of bounds.

The game has been running pretty well besides some frame rate issues. One glitch I found while messing around was that when I called my buggy it came to me from inside of one of the stone bricks by the statue are south pipe entrance, and if I angle it just right i was able to get on the buggy and noclip into the wall, idk if it was just a one time thing because I've been struggling to recreate it but figured I'd post about it anyways.
