The specific bonus the armor gives doesn't work as it says. I've tried everything but the effect doesn't trigger, also there isn't buff icon like other armor gives you when you trigger the effect. "Chilly Dodge: Staff finisher hits give your body power for a short time. Blast foes with a gust of chilling wind when you dodge."
