I used stealth, grabbed all the banners, parleyed with the wardens and had high enough int to use that option. She agreed and told me to talk to Radut. When I get to Radut all he has no way of finishing the quest line through dialogue. Please fix this!!! I have attempted to submit a photo as well but the file size limit is too small for a photo?
