  1. That would depend on the optimization on the PC version. There are quite a few games that run decently on PS3/360 and barely work on the highest end PCs of the time. Well i hope I can at least play on low settings. Otherwise good bye windows and hello mac
  2. Well, Skyrim or Dungeon Siege 3 have to play on my laptop or bust ha ha. Preferably DS3 because I like arpg but not Diablo. As long as I meet the minimium requirements. BTW, Bioshock 2 did not meet the minimium requirements for the cpu speed. They wanted like 2.4 and I have a 2.1. But it was doable. The graphics were just glitchy sometimes. The other game of interest for me is Brink, and well I am not sure it will work. Bullet Storm will work according to systemlabs, but Brink looks a notch above.
  3. Ha ha yes Bioshock 2 ran fine. It worked better on my sister's laptop. Mine ran smoothly, but the visual was a lil glitchy at times. What games r ppl comparing DS3's graphics too? And I think I will at least meet the minimium graphics.
  4. My second option is if I take over my sister's laptop: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/documen...product=3966262
  5. In an article I read, it stated there would be more than achievements and trophies. Which leads me to believe you get in-game items or power-ups. Personally I'd like a power-up. http://www.destructoid.com/obsidian-explai...ns-195120.phtml "Achievements and Trophies earned in multiplayer are still saved to your profile as normal and there are additional awards that you can only receive from playing in a multiplayer co-operative game." Either way, I like achievements. Rather it be lame or great. This game is cool and if my laptop can play it, then I will get it. I am boycotting Diablo 3 after all because of it's satanic theme and name. And yes I know DS3 is a lil bad too, but it's a lil better than way demonic.
  6. Sure, but it definitely doesn't make it any more likely. THe destructoid article has nothing to do about the delay unless other information suggests so. Anyway, I'm fine with delay, anything to make the game better. I am 100% on it. I actually pleaded in a forum a couple months ago for them to delay it and fix the co-op. Maybe they actually read this boards ) As of today it won't be out until the 21st for NA. http://www.joystiq.com/2011/04/07/dungeon-...-in-na-june-17/
  7. I know the min system requirements haven't came out yet, but I am trying to get an idea if this game will run on my laptop. And I don't trust system labs.com because it says Bioshock 2 doesn't work, when indeed Bioshock 2 does run fine. Also, system labs says Bulletstorm will play fine too. I am guessing that means Brink will work since it's similar to Bullet Storm? Of course on low settings. CPU: AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core QL-60 OS: Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition Service Pack 2 (build 6002), 32-bit DirectX 11 Video card: ATI Radeon 3100 Graphics CPU Speed: 1.9 ghz
  8. dont you think they would release DS3 before Deus? And April or May is a good guess.
  9. So in this co-op play is it kind of like Halo's game spy servers? Where you can meet random people and play? Has anymore info on the online part been released?
  10. Yeah, I mean it's possible it can be delayed to Q2. But if it does happen now it will be March/April. I mean It's possible we don't hear any info until February and March and it comes out late March or April. Also, I am going to get a little logical now. Looking at other games that have been announced for 2011 and 2012 we know more information about them than we know about DS3. Diablo 3 and Guild Wars 2 have a bunch of info out there and there quite a ways off. Now, breaking the norm would be not giving alot of information until the game almost comes out. So what I am trying to say Tigranes is that I think it's on purpose the lack of information. I am open to hear other ideas too. I think March-April-May is the range were looking at though. They are probably working on some bugs and depending on how fast they work and good their brains work will determine if they fix the bugs out and get it out in that Q1 timeline and if they argue and take their time then they might push back the release. Also, it's the holiday season still so we got to wait for everyone to working again and for public releases to come back around mid-January when most people's holiday breaks end.
  11. Well I heard some one read that they noted a Q1 release date. Here's a game play preview btw: http://www.siliconera.com/2010/10/21/squar...ca-in-pictures/ Also, Dragon Age 2 is the only game coming out for February. Diablo 3 is probably going to be out by the end of this year. Guild Wars 2 for 2012. And WOW Cat. and Starcraft 2 came out last year. So an April or March release would be accurate and also Square Enix's website and if you ask a customer support helper on the phone they both say March.
  12. In the very end it mentioned a release, "We're still deep into development", does that mean Q1 is still accurate?
  13. Well I heard some one read that they noted a Q1 release date. Here's a game play preview btw: http://www.siliconera.com/2010/10/21/squar...ca-in-pictures/
  14. You are always doubtful, but then again I wouldn't take that March release date as a certainty Intense PR before release sure beats the old method of starting the pr campaing 3 years before the game even comes out Game Stop and Best Buy are reporting they will have their games in store March 21, 2011. Hmmmm...seems reasonable to me. The big box stores say it all!
  15. I heard it's going to be released March 21, 2011. According to Game Stop and Best Buy both have the same date. Well I definately think I will get this game. Diablo 3 is just a different battle system and class system it seems compared to Dungeon Siege 3. Also Diablo 3 will having a crafting system and trading system. So it sounds like I can meet random people in Dungeon Siege 3 from these annoymous games?
  16. Has anyone heard on how the match making system will be? Is their going to be a system where I can play with random people? Also, how does the replay value of this game look? Will their be more patches for this game than the last? Is it true that this game will be out in Q1? Is their an open world extent to this game? If there is no PVP, what other co-op will there be? In other words, why should I get this game over Diablo 3 besides the fact it's coming out before it.
