I've emailed Obsidian all the information I can and they've responded with "We appreciate your quick response, we have received all the information and at this time is under investigation by our QA Team, Once we have more details to share, we'll let you know Have a good day and remember to stay tuned for future patches." You should probably do the same so that they know it's happening across more than one account, hope this is helpful!

I am stuck on the same part, it's just stuck in loop when I try to speak to either Lodwyn or Ryngrim showing me (Sharp Breath). I am unable to fast travel and I have 0 backup saves (Not even autosaves) prior to this save. I went back to the Temple to make sure I'd cleared all enemies in the area in case they were bugging it out, but there are 0 enemies until I enter the Temple itself.
