    For me, only choose Lödwyn's advice can I talk to Temerti. And then my quest updated while Shadows of the Past still remaining. I can continue my mainquest and ignore it. I think it's kind of a solution.

    Same I tried go to Galatians Tusk Gatehouse and talk to the guard there, not worked I tried reload the save before talking on the hill, not worked
