Shame on all of you for not mentioning Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate 2 + ToB, Icewind Dale 1+2 or Planescape: Torment. They are all crazy cheap, epic in length. If you can look past the dated 2D isometric graphics, play these. If you've already played them, play them again.
