Having a game breaking bug. We are stuck on "Plant the super seed". The problem is the tree grew on its own after doing the boss fight in the greenhouse and we can't plant the seed anymore. We had not completed the patching the hose or turning on misting quest. We had "plant the super sour seed" We were in the greenhouse lab, believe where you plant super sour seed. We pressed a button on the floor and a boss encounter started, I fell through the floor, others killed the boss. Now we still have the quest "plant the super sour seed" but we can't plant it because the tree is covering the spot. Can we fix the game save or patch the game to fix this problem? My kids spent weeks building sharing with me, I do not want to have to start over. We are unable to rollback to an earlier save as we have multiple weeks of progress since the tree has grown and we didn't know the other quest was now broken.

I play Grounded with my two kids. We have a save game that the 3 of us have always played on Mild. Recently, one of my sons characters can be attacked even on Mild. He can't damage us, but we damage him. I switched to Whoa mode and he can't damage us still, even though friendly fire should be on in Whoa!. I have tried having him relog, reloading the game, switching to and from Mild/Whoa mode, him hosting, me hosting, swapping characters with him, verifying his game files on Steam, Sleeping at the bed, etc. Nothing I do prevents him from taking friendly fire. I thought I saw this happen one time earlier and he relogged and fixed it, but now the issue persists. I have seen two other reports of this bug on the GroundedGame subreddit. Anyone have a fix or have also seen this issue?
