I’m not sure if being right next to the muscle sprouts had an effect on this?

I have recently tried to get muscle sprouts they weren’t there so I waited 5 days, weren’t there again so I waited 3 more days and they still aren’t there. I’m on ng+1 and this is the first time it has happened just wondering if it’s happened to anyone else.
