    It seemed to have started to work. What I did was i replaced the eossdk.dll ( EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping.dll ) file with a newer one from fresh install of fortnite! Found this method on reddit. Upon the next reboot and start of the game, a dialogue appeared asking if Pillars of Eternity will be granted access to epic games services, and then the overlay started working as well.

    Hello! So I got the game ( definitive edition ) on Epic Games some years ago and started playing and I love it so far but there is one thing.. I cannot get achievements on epic to unlock in the game! I have completed Act II and is progressing on Act III but none of them seem to have been triggered. Does anyone have achievements unlock on epic here? Just want to check if its just me..
