aha, workaround found; Durance needs to be put in the last party slot, then you can safely remove him from party, kill him, or cast him out, and causes no issues and you can safely adjust party; adding him back and not having him in the last spot glitch happens again; so since I doubt Devs are gonna come back to this game and patch this up; workaround is make sure Durance is always in the last party slot before removing him or before he dies

Even killing him....same thing, he dies and say goodbye to last party member

Casting out Durance instead of party member management also causes it

Also, it seems to be tied to Durance period; just tried to continue game, removing different party member, then going to stronghold to remove Durance and bring them back and same glitch happens; so it seems to be something tied directly to removing Durance as even just removing him without trying to bring in someone else deletes the last party member spot

Game Version: 3.7.0.1318 -steam Console was used, but only commands entered were to edit Watcher attribute and stat values and give ~infinite gold; none of which should correlate to this glitch, but just as fyi dropbox containing Save right before glitch and right after glitch: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2vemwenwmnpf2n9/PoESave (2).zip?dl=0 Talk to Pallegina, agree to travel together, take Durance out of party, put in Pallegina; watch as Hiravias is no longer included in the Party or Party Management but is still there and you can no longer access the pop-up above each character portrait to use skills or items. *NOTE, further testing shows it only does this for Durance and it doesn't matter where in the party line-up he is. So changing out any other party member doesn't cause this glitch and it happens no matter where in the party line-up Durance is put. Also it removes whoever is in the last position, so not tied to Hiravias but to that party slot. Whoever is put in the last spot when you switch out Durance for Pallegina is removed from the party lineup and from party management, but the character still exists and you can't deselect them and you no longer get the item/ability pop up when selecting different characters. If you travel elsewhere then they remain on that map where they were lost, sometimes with a circle marker telling showing you they are off screen and sometimes not. Lost 4hrs to this glitch last night and finally managed to get a reliable saves to make it happen every single time. output_log.txt DxDiag.txt
