Are the weeds not respawning, or are they respawning invisible like they are for me? Go to a bur node after the radar says they respawned, and hit the usual spot they spawn at. They will turn visible for your current playthrough until you restart the game again.

Oh the lint in the undershed can turn invisible too, but at least it's spawning again.

This just started for me yesterday. The burs are there, but they are invisible now. They become visible again after you hit them, but they go back to being invisible when you restart the game.

I've also noticed there's a burl wood node not respawning either. The one on the other side of the wrench near the tool box. I wonder if any other nodes wound up breaking too.

I'm having this issue too. You may be right about having mined them before the update and them not respawning after update. I have just one node respawning since I forgot to mine that one before the update, and it was left there. None of the mined nodes have respawned except the ones outside of the shed. I'm playing on singleplayer on game pass though, so it seems to be a bug across the board.
