Update: the problem appears to be local lan. If I create a Hotspot on my phone the problem resolves. I do not have unlimited data so this is not a solution

Trying to join a game hosted on an Xbox from a laptop. The grounded version on the laptop is from Xbox and I have gamepass on the laptop. We were able to create and join the game. We saved the game. We load the saved game. I try to join from laptop and it takes me to briefcase and kicks me out saying unable to join host. If we make a shared world we can both join the first time, but not after we attempt to join a second time after saving On the shared world it is the person trying to join that goes to briefcase and is kicked out. Laptop or Xbox can host and play but the other cannot join. The person joining never gets to character select screen.
