Firstly, let me just say that Grounded is one of my favourite games! Absolutely love the concept and storyline, it’s spot on! Just from playing it so much I just thought of a couple of additions I think would be a good idea… 1. Additional creatures - like Slugs, Snails, Butterflies, Frogs, Toads, Hornets, caterpillars… some of the usual creatures you would find in a garden and pond, the possibilities are endless! 2. Different plants - like poison ivy, nettles, lavender, cherry bushes, strawberry plants… plantations that bare fruit and things you can use for sustenance etc poison ivy and nettles may harm you but once cut down could be used to create unique weapons… again the possibilities are endless with this! 3. Weaponry - I was thinking about things like guns etc but then backtracked and thought it wouldn’t be fitting with the game, but then I’ve landed back on it because of the fact you have the pebblet torrets which fire pebblets, so actually they would fit in with the game, and if they are made out of plants, smaller pebblets could be used for bullets etc, it actually makes sense! I think there are more possibilities for weapons with some firepower then just the bow and arrow and crossbow, and bombs. 4. Vehicles/travel - I think there should be possibility to make like a bike, or using weavilles you have befriended, you could make something similar to a horse and carriage but using them to pull you along… something to make it easier and quicker for you to get from A to B sometimes. I’ve built multiple houses across the map but sometimes getting from the top of the map to the bottom where I need something takes literally 25 minutes (I’ve timed it) it’s just a drag sometimes and adding something like this to cut down that time would make it better, also be quite fun too! 5. I was going to add this in to the vehicle point above however, I think it deserves it own mention, but the ability to build a boat to sail on the pond… not so far fetched considering you can make a raft out of barrels and wood in real life, plenty of boats made out of wood out there and I’m sure you could craft something when you can build mansions! Again, I reckon it would be quite fun and the possibilities from it could be amazing… anything else I think of I’ll make sure to add in to this chat!
